Can't install.

I downloaded through the torrent twice, both times I enter the password on the installer. Then the installer verifies that the directories it is installing to are correct, I hit next and then it says I need v0.909. Which I already have.
So I hit no on that, and the installer crashes and nothing happens.
I've hit yes to take me to the download page, same result with both downloads from the torrent.
Im running as admin also.
Vista 32 bit
nvidia 9500 gt
intel dual core 1.8ghz
3gb ram
Plenty of HDD space left.
