I don't get the PR v0.91 download to work on my uTorrent, anyone know what to do?

Explain the point further, whats not working? is it not downloading? not running? what?

I "got nothing" Clients nothing... nothing works, and by the way, got the swedish version of uTorrent so i can write all names cause dont know if i get them right, The file is on uTorrent but it ain't downloading

try right click and "force starting" it.
otherwise check your links are correct.

Is your status bar icon a green circle or a yellow triangle?

But i made like this, I saved the patch from realitymod.com and then Mozillas downloader came up and i doubble clicked and then uTorrent came up and file ain't downloads

press the go button on the top like green triangle facing >>>>>
then it should start

well, i cant push the play buttom cause it is "downloading" but i have no sources so the downloading time is ∞
