[0917] MILAN zoom effect crosshairs too

Description:
When using zoom function in MEC's deployable anti-tank, zoom effect HUD/crosshairs too, making crosshairs thiker and removing black surroundings that normally limit field-of-view.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set up TOW using MEC faction. Enter and use zoom. Make note how HUD zooms in and out.

Kashan Desert AAS 64 Standard layout, MEC faction, Chicago Hardcore ]H[ INS/AAS 0.917 server.
