[0917] Challenger's Smoke Mags Unlinked

Description:
The Challenger Tank's driver-launched smoke mags don't appear to be linked. If you are in the normal driver's seat view, launch two sets of smoke, and then switch to the periscope view, you are able to launch a third set of smoke.
