Since our new rally sistem has autmost deploy for that propouse, But it still not fuction, i guess is that why we need to give up 3 rally points for each SL.
Of course, we must place a delay betwhen placing one and other, since refoircements take up some time to arrive, I don't kwon how many time will be fine, but maybe 15 min, since 30 min is more real but far more Dificult to add Gameplay in the game.
what you guys thick about it?

Are you asking for permanent rally points again like 0.8, but three of them?
What will insurgents do when there are NINE rally points from 3 different squads around a cache? This would be totally imbalanced. Plus it would make for a good alarm system as well, you could just place them all over Muttrah or whatever.

How not? It's perfect! I always use it when a new guy joins my squad, or half of my squad was wiped out... also, the distance needed between you and the enemies is perfectly tuned in my opinion, making you actually need to retreat to make one, but not to the other side of the map... take Qwai for example, that city in the middle of the map: if there are enemies in it, you have to literally leave the city, fall back, lose your positions so you can get your guys to rally up with you.

I think what he means to say: leave the rally system as it is, but give the SL 3 rallies instead of 1 (you place 3 and then rearm instead of the 1 as current). Since you only get 1 rally point some SL might be reluctant to place it for one person and pretty often the SL is among the first to get killed...
The rally point rearms pretty fast actually, IMO. I did have situations where I used my rally, 2 minutes later someone dies. Well, don't die

he wasn't where he was suppose to be anyways.

Interesting concept. I'm imagining rally points being dropped prior to engagements, dropped of x meters from enemy, and can only be activated when so many members of the squad return to it.
The key factor is that it should only spawn y many people prior to disappearing rather than disappearing after z many minutes, if that's possible. Or even disappears after z minutes of being "spawnable" with squad mates close by so that it can only actually be used as a fall-back point to rally up on if things don't go so well.
I like keeping things limited to the reload-at-FOB idea though.

When this system first announced I thought it will ruin the game play but looks like although not perfect it is not that bad after all

The problem is until now I did not have any chance/need to reload it because there are no FOBs around.
