32Bit/x86 Constant Crashing After Every Map and Unable to Load Lashkar Valley

Hi I keep getting this problem ever since PR 0.9 and it 0.91 did not help solve this. I keep crashing after every map and sometimes during a match. This is still playable but can be very irritating when you are actually in the midst of a good match.
I know this problem has been brought up by many but I would just like to seek the forum's opinion on whether changing from win XP X86(32bit) to Win 7 X64 would help solve this problem since it is a memory related issue and right now win XP X86(32bit) uses only 3.5g of my 8g ram where as if I were to move to win 7 X64 I would be utilizing the full 8g.
On another note, since I already have both Win XP X86(32bit) and Win 7 X64 setup on dual boot for my computer, I would like to know if it is possible to install BF2 on Win7 in the first place since it is DX9 and Win 7 uses DX10 or 11. The last time I tried it I got some DX problems. So Anyone got it to work ? And any problems of any sort with PR on Win7 ? Would really like to move my PR to Win7.
Sorry for the long post and any helpful comments of any sort would be greatly appreciated. Thank You !
