Usually follows a news announcement stating a new build is a few days away from release:

"Oh noes! New content "X" will ruin PR! Fix it immediately or PR will be forever ruined!"

or

"Why doesn't "X" work? It is all the tester's fault. They should do their jobs better."

Although it's not the testers fault it doesnt work i dont think you can really blame anyone else for not spotting it...

My favorite threads are where people complain about the amount of teamwork needed to play PR properly. And suggest we should make alterations to the game mechanics to compensate for an abundance of poorly performing players.
