Random lock-ups/Invisible ground/Random CTD/and more!!

So ever since I got my new Monitor (Dell U2410 if it matters) every other time I start up PR and go into a server, the map loads with invisible ground, and I have to restart the game (Just leaving server doesn't fix it) Thats not a biggie to me, I have put up with it now for 4 months.
But also, since getting the monitor, every first time loading a server after starting PR, once the server loads and the "Join Squad" button comes up, I have to wait like 30 sec before clicking it, and the screen flashes black for a couple seconds, and comes back. Otherwise if I hit "Join squad" right away it will CTD on me 30 seconds or so into playing. But if I wait and then hit the button it is all good (This has actually stopped, I can join right away now, but the game will then minimize itself after joining and I have to bring it back up, but it works fine. So god damn weird I know)
The biggest problem, is the random complete lock ups. Its completely random, sometimes will go 2 hours without it, other times its 15 mins into the game. Its the latter more often than not, and its driving me insane.
All this happened after just plugging in my new monitor a few months ago, and the lock ups have been extremely bad since 0.9. The patch hasn't done anything for it either.
If anyone can help that would be much appreciated!
Specs - Win 7 / Intel Core i7 / 6gb DDR3
I have re-installed everything all ready, tried different HDD/SSD, etc.
Edit: actually, I think the complete lock-ups started only with 0.9 I cant remember now lol.
