I just ordered a GTX 470 to finally complete my build and am more excited then a blind lesbian in a fish market.

Any opinions on it?

Good card. Make sure you have a lot of airflow through your case and you should be fine as far as any potential heat problems.

I am waiting to click the "Buy" button over at Newegg for 2x GTX480's.
My dream is to play PR at 1920x1200 in 3D! :D

A single 480 would do that easily, hell a 470 would probably do it, or even a 280!

seems like a good card, powerful but you also need a good case with quality airflow through it.

this is my case: Newegg.com - Antec Mini P180 Black Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case, its very good quality and especially good when it comes to airflow. The case has a separate compartment for the power supply and has 2 fans, one of which is massive. That paired with the fact that all the cables are kept organized because you can keep all the ones you arent using in the lower compartment along with this video card being the only expansion card in the case will make airflow and cooling top notch.

Although not being able to run crossfire is a slight downer. :P

I'm sure your power company is gonna love you for that :D

In other words make sure your PSU is up to the task, the Fermi cards get very power hungry under stress.
