1) find a way to stop the bunny hopping.

2) slow down the time it takes to go from standing to crouching and back again to stop the popping up and down on less than a second, and still having perfect aim, perhaps a 2 second deviation or something.

3) find a way to let us punch without killing, like on Forgotten hope. so we can beat the **** out of people on same side that deserve it.

i know the last one although it would relieve some frustration, but for the second, if you can do it for going prone, surely the same could be done for the stand to crouch. you guys know your stuff, so you must be able to do something.........

There is a reason for that, and going around it by posting in other forum sub forums will mean this thread will get locked.

They might know there stuff, but bf2 engine is very limited.

2) Understandable. But like Jonny said, probably not possible. I guess it would have been done if it would be possible.

3) So? Do you think the would stop their nonsense if you wouldnt even hurt them.

In all fairness they made the game that their design and target audience wanted. They did not intend to make PR, so they didn't fail. We just struggle to make their specifications meet our demands, thats all.

yeah, i know, i had another account but it had old clan tags in the name, so i made another. look, you guys have made a perfect mod here ant i take my hat of to you all, just kinda hoped you could have done something about the deviation or timing of the crouch stand issue thats all.

Maybe there should be a sticky in the Sugestions thread that explains why you cant post there, cus people just dont seem to get it.

Bunny hoppers don't work, if you can't shoot a guy slowly jumping accross your screen I suggest you play COOP for a while to get target practice.

Crouch poppers are a bit harder, but just suppress the bugger or get to cover yourself, you're only in trouble if you in the open, and IRL he might just shove his gun over the cover he has and blind fire at you, if you aint in cover...then theres always a chance he'll get you without exposing himself.

Thus...quite frankly I think crouch poppers produce more realistic behaviour

I throw myself behind whatever cover I have and then do what I gotta do, if he's constantly popping up and down, my suppressive fire will get him.


RE 3), never take the law in to your own hands in a server unless its a griefer who is trying to kill your team/assets. Always contact an admin, otherwise the admin that reviews the server log might just ban everyone.

mate, if i used my old name i could post anywhere i want.

then use your old account ? and get a MOD to rename it to what u want? making more than one account is against the rules.

Granted, but firing blind and having perfect aim are two different things. popping i far from real, popping to get aim and then firing with perfect accuracy. firing blind is as real as it gets but you would be 90% less able to hit a target.
