1st GIS+ EU Teamwork Event --- Citymaps 7.May



Fed up with lonewolfs, lack of open SQs and Squads that dont cooperate?
We got just the solution for you:

This Friday at 20:00 CET the GIS+ community will host its first Serverevent.

-*** and INS
-Citymaps only
-Admins on both sides
-GIS+ and KSK led squads in German and English

And if you guys have a PR Mumble channel, I'll be on it

OUR SERVER DOES NOT HAVE A OFFIZIAL MUMBLE CHANNEL YET, BUT WE WILL BE IN THE BF2 VANILLA MUMBLE CHANNEL ON THE OFFIZIAL PR MUMBLE SERVER AND WE WILL ALSO ANNOUNCE THIS ON THE EVENT ITSELF. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO USE MUMBLE, BUT I SUSPECT THAT MOST PEOPLE WILL BE ON MUMBLE.

we ll be there for admin support and stuff but obviously the channel aint connected to the server

Unlikely and it wont be connected to the server, but the majority of SQs will be coordinated via TS3 to make sure the is the right amount of teamplay anyway

tahantos, I believe that any channel in PR 0.5 Mumble will be linked to PR, if two guys are in the same channel running on two different servers but the same map it still links.

Oh Ok when thats the case ill make sure that our guys are all in that mumble channel and Ill advertise it during the event and judging from the "is there mumble" reactions here i think there will be quite some people in mumble

its indeed working on the coordinates of any map. so not server specific

The server will be open without PW a large amount of players will be on mumble (BF2 vanilla mumble channel on the official mumble server) but you are free to join anytime or to open your own SQs
