Permanent Rally

Noticed when playing on Gaza yesterday, the tank squad put their rally down near a fob my squad was building and defended for a safe spawnpoint closer to the city. We noticed that the rally did not vanish untill an enemy took it out. Plus everyone on the team could spawn on the rally, we figured it was a random instance untill we tried replicating this with our own rally on another fob.
Sorry id have screenshots, but the rally was taken down sometime after I took the first one, was planning to wait twenty minutes between them to show the times.
Our guess though is that the rally keeps rearming itself while in proximity to a fob and stays up untill moved or taken down, dont know if that was intentional or not, though the fact that everyone on our team could spawn on it assumes it wasnt intended.

that is a really awesome bug then help full isn'it ?

so... you are saying that it would'nt even disappeer if an enemy sq would come closer ?

the will stay forever until knifed, even if the FoB is destroyed the rally will not vanish. happend on muttrah near an MEC FoB at docks

I have seen this happen on multiple ocassions. Most likely on the Hardcore servers. SL's have placed a RP near a FOB for a fallen squadmate, while the others build, but the RP never dies. I figured it was already reported, I guess not until now.

Ive seen this very often....would be a lot more often if people used rallies more, usually its no need.

It's unintentional, on beriut my squad leader put a rally down to have me spawn in, it stayed throughout the round until Russia got to our rally.
Also on Silent Eagle, we had a rally that won't go away.

It's a known issue, we will release a server-side hotfix for it.

I was playing on a server with the new hotfix today, and still had this bug:
Kashan Desert AAS-64
New Era Warfare [NEW] PR 0.91 (80.86.84.144:16567)
I set an RP close to a Firebase. I got "RP rearmed message" ~3 sec after placing, but the RP didn't expire after 30 sec.
After 3 min I was able to place another RP close to an other fob on the map, without destructing the old one. That RP didn't expire on its own as well, so i had 2 permanent RPs.

you can replicate this bug even still after the hotfix2 just yesterday.
Get your hand on 3 officer kits. Go on kashan (doesnt seem to work on other maps).
Place a rally somewhere in radius of south bunkers, Swap kits, place a rally (it will say try again later).
now get your 3rd officer kit and place a rally. You should now get 2 rally points. You can knife either one of them and make the remainding rally permanent. Ive had this is game where even enemy are close to it and not making it overrun!
