C.O. UAV and informants.

UAV:
I don't know if any other COs have trouble manning the UAV and keeping track of the army. I read somewhere that the CO has an interface that allows a special window for the UAV; does that restrict UAVs to COs? Can the UAV be made available to other members of the team?
Informants:
Sometimes the "blip" sound that accompanies the informants' intel is lost in the rest of VoIP comm. That means that intel is not seen when the CO is using the map UI. Is it possible to bring the text into the map interface? (IMHO, the informants' warnings are usually mirrored by the CO anyways, so can't it just go straight into team chat?)
