hello guys,

I got a problem. sometimes when i'm wound, and i find a medic kit on the ground, I take it and try to heal myself.

it doesnt work. i ask team mates and they say "go prone and look down". i do it. doesnt work

so guys, can anyone help?

You must be standing and looking all the way down, holding left mouse buttom, that's how it works in order to heal yourself.

Prone, look up.

Stand up, look down.

sometimes the icon etc don't come up, iirc its when you pick up a dropped medic kit.

rest assured, you are being healed.

Indeed, if you have picked up the medic kit rather than spawned with it then the icon will not appear. You are still being healed though and you'll see the wounded effects disappearing.

As Brummy said, stand up and look directly down or go prone and look directly up.

Simples.

Plus, if you're under time pressure you may consider dropping a few dressings instead. Medic has lots (5 or 6) of them.

You can also crouch and look down

you can also jog and look down and heal but cant sprint and heal

it seems like i never get field dressings
i thought first this is normal, but my squadleader always told me i have to have one

is there a bug with field dressings?

press 9 and you should get them

Yeh, but you won't if you're playing as Insurgents (unless you pick up a conventional kit), it used to be where the field dressing showed up in the "equipments list" iirc, but the Devs figured everyone knew if you had a patch or not, but not if you had incendiaries.

No, you can't choose what items you want to have. He meant you select the last slot via scrolling and then press F.

(The only thing you can choose, other than the kit itself, is the optics on the primary weapon, by right-clicking the kit when you're requesting it, you get ironsights instead of a scope. Does not work with spawn kits.)

Cant wait till we can chose our ratio of ball tracer rounds that be beasting there
