Enginer and stationary assest suggestion

Enginer
My suggestion is to make two kind of enginer, like witch IS, and scope.
Enginer 1
1.Knife 2.Entrenching Tool 3.Main weapon(ironsights) 4.Wrench 5.2*AT Mine 6.Sometcnig to build(like radio) 7.Binoculars 8.Field Dressing 9.Phosphorus grenade
Enginer 2
1.Knife 2.Entrenching Tool 3.Main weapon(ironsights) 4.Wrench 5.2*C4 6.Sometcnig to build(like radio) 7.Binoculars 8.Field Dressing 9.Phosphorus grenade
Why
1.Ability to build FB witchout Oficer kit was good, I think so.
2.On INS maps when you have enginer to defuse mines, you risking losing C4 for enemy(and then everytching can be jichad)
Foxholes and Wires
In past there was notching difficult in destroying them, and now notching changed(only artillery cant destroy them). So my suggestion is that they can be destroyed only by Bomb, C4, and Tank(BMP) HE (Phosphorus grenade can't).
Why
1.Make them much more usefull.
That is mean normal SQ cant destroy wires and foxholes, so make enginer to be SQkit(in past he was spawnable).
One more suggestion, give to enginer ability to place assest witchout beeing SL(some times SLs have sometching more important then placeing Foxholes).
