well i am not Norwegian but i hope i still tell you guys my opinion....
I like the HK better
Why? : cuz it's looks way better if it has everything (everything as in rail,sights, GLs bipod) on it
pretty much that's why

What the NF staff have done to make it more interesting to play as Norwegian, is crating two combat classes, you have the Reservists/Home Guard and the normal forces thats does tasks aboard etc. So we have both weapons in use, cause the Ag3 and the Hk 416 are both awesome weapons

For the game? The HK416. It's our standard issue weapon.
Personal preference? AG3.

Sweeeet. Sounds like it'll be awesome. Personally I like both, but I'd probably prefer the HK416.

That's good news pleym. As for the question: The HK417 which also uses 7.62 and could be, correct me if I'm wrong, the Norwegians' DM weapon.
Looks like I am indeed correct, should have followed the link.
Edit: No, they are using the 417 as a sniper rifle, interesting.

I have never tried the AG3 but I was carrying around some of them for some weeks ago
really nice looking weapons, the MG3 also and the M2 Browning
They all look good in real life and we will do what we can to make them goodlooking ingame also

But I just love the old battle rifles more than the fancy stuff of today

KP why did you open the thread?
it was closed becouse it isn't allowed with vs. threads... especially when it is about two weapons with different calibers
but i guess your'e the MOD, so... i prefer the AG3, but thats probably becouse i have never carried the HK416 over long distances, allthough the Aimpoint made it a lot easier to shoot.

On topic: I've never really used any of them, so this is purely personal preference. I would say the HK416.

Thought it was supposed to be a thread regarding the in-game standard issue weapon, as well as personal experiences with these weapons, and that I closed it by accident. Still want it to be left open? 'Cause you're right about "vs" threads as such - just my interpretation of the point of the thread that had me leave it open.
