In Germany it is then 19:00.

in summertime germany (met) is gmt +2
so why dont you just say the pr time when it starts, so everyone can check here on the page

1800 GMT/PRT/UTC/Zulu
1900 BST (British Summer Time) until last Sunday in October then back to GMT
2000 CET (Central European Time) until last Sunday in October then back to GMT+1
I agree all should use GMT/PRT/UTC/Zulu .....
