Hey guys, I'm trying to install PR but im having a lot of difficulties. First of all I'm running Vista 64bit, I have BF 1.5 installed, and have downloaded both parts to the PR installer. Whenever I open part 1 of the installer, my computer sounds like its about to open the file, but nothing happens. The little blue ring next to the cursor spins for a second or so then goes away and nothing else happens. When going into the task manager I can see 2 processes going for part 1 of the installer, but thats the only indication that I even did anything. Also after attempting to open the file, my computer runs extremly slow like it is trying to do multiple things. I hope I provided enough info for you guys to help me!

Usually for me it takes a few minutes for the installer to open. Try it again and wait.

this was actually another good example of an idiot not reading all the stickies. I looked at the FAQ and it said to disable the user account controls, so I did that and its working fine so far and is installing!
