2. Can u explain to me biggest differnces to the normal bf2?

3. How can i take up the requested packs need for flying etc.?

4. What are the menu links ingame called "Deployment" and the second one? Is SP possible?

Thanks a lot 4 asking these questions of a noob in PR xD

2. Read the manual
3. Read the manual
4. Deployment is "Join game", SP is fully integrated with PR 0.91 IIRC

wilkommen :)

1) right click your shortcut and select compatability, set it to windows XP. Run as administrator for best results as well.
2) PR is barely comparable to vbf2 anymore :) but its more realistic and less forgiving.
3) approach vehicle, press T, request pilot kit from that menu.
4) Deployment is for online play, Cooperative is for single player or on online COOP servers with other people :)

Thank you :D

3) ok. But there is the sentence that "the requestet kit lies down to my feet". How can I use this kit then?
4) Where is the difference between these 2 mode, except that one is for online playing?

Ahoi!

Please read the manual! Do not attempt to fly online before you read it and learned flying in SP mode! Flying is gravely different in PR from vBF2!
In SP mode there are the "normal" PR vehicles and vehicles for bots. The bot vehicles work single manned, and are way easier to handle. Look out for the normal jets and choppers when learning to fly. Or just open a local server.
You pick up kits by pressing G, as mentioned, read the manual.
Also use SP mode for training with infantry weapons, as there are big differences too, especially the deviation, which means you have to scope in, count to four and then shoot (basically). There are a lot more difficulties to master, but I think you can do it.

See you!

As mentioned, read the manual. And don't try flying on a public server right away, you probably will crash, and people will not be happy and you might be kicked from the server. Learn what you are doing first before you take it online :)

i belive the manual has been translated to German

hud has been removed because it's not realistic

and you definetly want to try first the cooperative mod since it's a training server

Nobody can come to PR and understand how it works instantly, this is the first game where I had actually read the manual.

I would suggest you do also if you haven't, I was thinking about printing a copy to read on the toilet.

I don't see how the PR manual will help you with excretion....unless there is a chapter I missed.

Well, it doesn't directly help you.... it helps you relax to make the process more comfortable.

Capture; capture flags.

PR's AAS (Assault-And-Secure) gamemode operates similar to BF2's conquest game-mode, but flags must be captured in a 'tug-o-war' style, rather than zipping around capping what you like at random, to register the realism of providing support to the front-line.

PR is more a game involving teamwork, and team effort to obtain team objectives, rather than "BOOM HEADSHOT, 21:3 K :D RATIO, SUCK IT NEWB!"

I dont understand the capturing mode in PR at all. Where can i see how much i have already captured to gaining the flag?

And why is it possible to spawn at the suqad leader? it isnt realistic -.- xD

spawning on the Sql is only in COOP so that the bots can stay together and not get confused :)

capturing in PR is done in sequence, head to the flag with the big orange marker to attack or the purple shield to defend.

To see how far you are in to capping the flag press caps lock and look at the top right of your screen.
