just a quick question: who created the Lucky Strike cigarette packs and who can use them? i saw them in a mod for another game and was wondering if they were allowed to use it

they are in the files, I think they are from EoD?

just wondering, because i saw it in Forgotten Hope '42 and i wasnt sure if they took it from you or not. if it is from EOD, then they probably gave it to them to use
