Suggestion to Com-Fac Mod teams...

Hey folks,

Those of us with no coding, programming, texturing, or rendering knowledge really appreciate the work that you're doing to help make PR even better than it is; and I'm not sure if I just speak for myself here, but I know with the number of sub-forums on PR I simply haven't enough time to check through pages and pages of every thread on every Com-Fac subforum to see the state of things.

Would it be possible to have a thread where the first post contains every screenshot posted in the subforum? Kind of like an un-to-date teaser thread, that doesn't post initial shots, and then you have to scroll through 3 pages of 'AWESOME' before finding the next set of updates?

TL;DR: I wanna see pretty pictures :p

moved to suggestion forums.

the comfacs will post updates either in a blog or as a highlight when they got something to show. for the meantime you either have to wait or browse the Work In Progress threads around the forums :)

We are and will try to keep all of our stuff in one thread, and the feedback in a different thread

but we can see what we have to do to make it even better :D

Yeah just put ALL images in ONE post so it's always the first thing you see in the thread, and you don't need to view 54 pages of 'good work guys' to find the next update of screenshots =]

We could do that, or spend an equivalent time working on models, textures, and maps for our ComFac. I imagine you would prefer the latter?

I'm all for this in future threads, however it's a waste of time to go back and do it in past posts.

One locked topic just inside the com factions forum, thou outside of each individual com faction forum with quotes from and links to each "update" from each community faction could be an idea.

Would need a moderator, dev or someone with moderator rights to keep it up to date.

Give them a bit of basic training and limited admin abilities and they can do their bit for the team.
