Now,what i think something should be done is when someone is shot in the leg,he/she falls down and and has to crawl

This has been suggested before and is not possible on the BF2 engine. Please read the *** list and use the search function before you post, as chances are it will have been discussed before.

cannot be done in BF2

what we do have is a nice big red screen, and if your health falls below 20% (or is it 10%?) you sprint, and your vision gets worse.
