Give medic some kind of way to check the pulse of a body, so you dont need to waste epipens on a dead body.
Some way that shows the medic that the guy is dead, or critically wounded.
If this is possible in any way, it would be very helpfull.

I think this can't be done in BF2 engine.

Mumble is really useful in this situation, you get a sound when a revive fails, so maybe it is possible.

Secondly of what problems on mumble do you speak?

There was something amongst the python code for something about this...
playerLogic.setPlayerBrain 1 "UseMumble"

I like this idea... but in a way it is already done by the medic map.
Personally, if this can be done, (maybe have a proximity 3d hud marker around revivable friendlies) the medic should not be able to see anyone 'dying' or asking for a medic on his/her map. Too many times a medic is able to say: "Yeah those boys all the way over there are dying."

I hope this tip may help in the programation of this great sugestion that i fully suport.
what we need to do, is a ''sheat'' in the PR exe. that make's all surounding dead fridelys review the medic call (i mean the healt bar switching that make the player kwons he is alive)
so this will happen when the player make the pulse check in the boby, and to press it, you must use a cardiac massage.
sorry by my inglish.

I would like the vBF2 system put in, obviously less arcady tho. Maybe the resuscitate feature, when used on a body, tells you if it's dead or not.

Mumble is great if you get 3-4 people on there in a squad.

you guys don't know what you are missing out on. My top 10 rounds of all time have all been played using mumble.
Walk up to an APC, ask for a ride or gunnery assistance - no problem. Find another squadleader and coordinate with him. Find a random soldier and make him relay info to his squad.
Can't be compared.

maybe placing a call up of,
are you alive? in camo rose will solve the problem.

I use mumble as often as I can, I'm just saying I'm not rarely one of the (3?) people using mumble in a given server except for TG.

Mumble is ineed not the solution, lots of people do not join mumble because it's just to hard to get in a server without getting crashes or getting in the wrong channel. As I also see that some of the biggest servers uses ventrilo instead of mumble.
I think that they'll join if this happens, and then it will be the solution;
* Mumble starts automaticly when you login at BF2.
* Mumble will auto connect to the server and will place you in the right team.
* All servers get mumble, and will almost force the players to install mumble (because step 1&2 won't work).
Please God listen to me and help realising this!
