The rally point spawner objects for the US team respawn within 60 seconds of being Knifed/Fossed. These can be found in the Blackhawk Crashsite and in the Old Mainbase in H7.
unlike other insurgency maps they dissapear within the first 10 mins of game start.

Tested with whole squad stood next to them, UKWF server. We were knifing them and claiming our free 100 points.

The rally points also do not become overrun. Should they?

Also, for some reason when you spawn as Taliban near the black hawk crash site, it spawns you in various spots around the map. Really annoying.

Confirmed. Happened with a LOT of people in my squad and team a few days ago.

Done on purpose to spread the Taliban out as the maps sizes encourages swarming.. Use a Rally point to gather your team.
