I'd just like to suggest giving drivers/pilots/people riding in vehicles the ability to call "cease fire".

It would help with heli pilots to tell people to stop shooting the door guns if they really dont want them shooting, or in APC's like the BMP with the 2 extra mg's on the sides (i would hope the driver/gunner are in the same squad)

And reloading.

Make it say things you would say, such as Contact, reloading, need ammo, get in, bail out and repairs is already ingame, cease fire, stop etc.

That gave me an idea related to the vehicle commo-rose.

How about having tanks and APCs have a commo rose for the driver and gunner, with voice messages like "Stop", "Move", "Bail out", etc.

Basically a few more voice messages that should be present.

Would create too many problems, not being able to call for transport or ammunition or whatever.

And like gazz said (implied rather) not everyone uses mumble unfortunately due to no mic.

There should be a 'mic relief' charity in which we can donate to buy cheap *** microphones to mail to PR players without them.

Commo rose should not be removed, like dtacs said. Not everyone has a microphone.

Mumble IS a great way to communicate when you do have a mic, but having the ability to say "stop" or "go" or "ceasefire" while driving/gunning via commo-rose could be great.

It's just a slight re-vamp of the vehicle commo-rose

I wouldn't be adverse to new comrose things for vehicles.

Perhaps FH2 has the voice files we could use for advance, stop etc? Might be worth exploring.

But not everyone does. Until mumble is completely integrated into PR, not everyone will use it. Plus a commo-rose command would be so much more useful (you can't necessarily hear everyone that talks on mumble (volume to low, mouth to far from mic, etc))

I could only see a ''CAS is RTB'' or something like that working.

I think the Chopper needs more commo rose commands, like "It's too hot" or "I'll get as close as I can".

I can't type and argue the toss with people to bail out when trying to stabilise a chopper.
