'CQC mode' for scoped rifles

Well, I did about fifteen minutes of searching and came up with only one simular topic, but that one was over a year old and the discussion went pretty dead and 'my' suggestion was only mentioned in one reply. I've been inactive on PR for a while so I didn't keep up with the suggestions. If this has been mentioned before, feel free to stone me. :-(

Anyways ontopic then: would it be possible to have a system for scoped rifles simular to the 0.87 LMG system? So you'd be using normal mode with right mouse zoom for normal combat situations. However, whenever you need to move into CQC, clearing a building for example, you now need to charge in unscoped and spray'n'pray.
What would really be nice if for that kind of situations you could switch to a secular fire mod, namely hip fire. As with the old LMG system, you wouldn't be looking through your scope but aiming 'on sense'. It should improve the accuracy a bit, and as with all zoom modes it should make you move slower.

Would it be possible? Or aren't there enough weapon slots left oslt?

Closed for re-suggestion. In future if you search for a topic, and find something that is just the same, don't then create a new thread about it. Rather defeats the whole point in searching don't you think...

For posterity, here is a thread suggesting the same exact thing, with work done by an [R-DEV]:
