After I start my computer it goes to a System check of one of my Drives, when it finishes it restarts the computer but then goes back to the system check again and again. Basicly the computer wont start in the normal mode (using Safe mode now). so any ideas ? (a few days ago I opend up my computer and unpluged my gfx card and one of my drives, but in safe mode I can read the drive but not the gfx card)

CAUTION! data might get lost, its best to backup any valueable data before proceeding

try with running check disk (chkdsk) from safe mode:
hit "Win + R", type "cmd", hit "return"
in the black console window type "chkdsk c: /r" while "c:" is the default system partition you might want scan that and also the (if it differs) partition which is attempted to be scanned during boot

this should run a scan of the partition and repair errors, it also should mark the disk as scanned preventing further attempts to scan on next boot.

additionally: this sounded promising too: Can't start XP, continuous chkdsk loop - Tech Support Forum

you could also try to atempt a repair using your install disk
maybe even simply restoring to a previous system restore point might work too
