I have wondered for a while and is the Z-10 actually a A129 Mangusta?

Cause I find them to be awfully similar to each other when i look at the in-game model of the Z-10

and when I searched the internet for a picture of the Z-10 this came up


And this is a A129 Mangusta


Can someone please explain this to me?

Yes, the Z-10 ingame is actually an A-129.

When dice made BF2 there was no pictures of the Z-10 so they took an A-129 and slapped an Z-10 name tag on it.

They are not excatly the same but the Z-10 is a copy of it yes.

I've also got these pics of it too

and it is still hard to find good photos of the Z-10, becouse you don't know if the photos are from a prototype or if they are of a different version

hmm with you having these very good ref pictures readily at hand, and with your recent interest in chinese helicopters... Rhino, are you making the actual Z-10?

lol good guess but no. I only found these pics while looking for Z-9 and Z-9WA pics. I collect loads of refs of pretty much everything I come across encase we need them at some point. Main reason for the Z-10 pics is encase we want to fix it up some point in the future etc but right now with it only being used on one map, not really much point.
