Hello!
I would just like to say how pleased I am to find this Mod in development for BF2. Ive followed the development of BF2 for some time and have not been very impressed by its obvious â$˜arcadeâ$™ game play. So I am grateful to find a Mod thatâ$™s is looking to make a game for grown upâ$™s!
No more gliding in jetâ$™s at 20mph, pressing â$˜f11â$™ to easily see the poor saboteur trying to mine your tank, bunny hopping or pressing â$˜9â$™ to float safely down from buildings!!!
I will be following the development of this Mod with great interest and thanks for renewing my eagerness to buy BF2!!

A new member! yay! This mod and it's community are really proving to me that we arn't some stupid minority, a lot of people are pissed at how unrealistic, simple and unbalanced the vanilla bf games are.

I wonder how many people drop by without posting n the forums regularly??
I know I drop by on a regular basis, at once a day, but I hardly ever post. It just seems that most people have already said what I want to say, or I can't add anything new to the topic.
Either way, I'm a big supporter of PR.

I learned the hard way, so to say. I tried to make some suggestions on the DC forums, only to start a flame war and get called a noob. And it wasnt anything like " Wheres teh F-117? " More so about balance than new content.
So I wouldnt post on any forums due to the fact that I thought every forum was like that. I would just ghost all the forums and never reply, though I awlays wanted to.
But these forums are different. Everyone here seems mature and curitoius(sp?) to everyone and their opionions.
BTW, thanks in advance PR team.

Just joined myself, and am REALLY looking forward to this mod. I have been following the mods progression quietly, and it really looks like it is going to be a big hit.
I am also a POE fan and quite like the OPK mod too.
I am British (hence I like the mod - to be), and am also in the British Army (14 years to date) so can play with kit I work with ......... perfect ... lol
This is set to be a BIG mod for BF2 guys, I know at least 20 people on POE who are also Brits and are work colleges too , waiting for this mod to come out ......... I feel a clan forming
Look forward to talking to you guys on here

Just wanted to express my appreciation for the creative team that is puting together Project Reality. I've been ghosting around the many forumns myself, and this is the first forumn I've had no apprehension of posting to.
I yawned when I heard about BF2 as I purchased both BF1942 and BFV. Quake with realworld themes was all I could compare them too. My hope is that Project Reality could do for BF2 what Forgotten Hope did for BF1942. "Fingers Crossed".

I cosign with him, exactly. BF2 looks awesome and is a visually and physically superb engine/foundation for Reality. When BF2 comes out, and PR isnt out yet, I will play vanilla bf2 for fun and as much teamwork as i can get, but my real burning desire for bf2 is this mod, which will be just realistic version of bf2 (because i like the base idea bf2 as it is). I pledge to recruit as many people to this mod as possible. Word of mouth is powerful indeed.
