On muttera, if you have your huey warmed up and ready to go and you leave it there (or move side to side without lifting off) you move slowly forward. This may not seem like much of an issue, but it does become one when you start sliding off the edge of the carrier when getting a glass of water.

In PR, so achieve higher maximum than BF2 has, we have two "engines", one for vertical flight, and one for horizontal flight, both engines, while idling, produce minimum power, thus the helo will move forward slowly. Not a bug technically speaking.

Still something that is a negative in realisum and gameplay stance, and if it is an easy fix it would be good to get rid of it.

I don't think it's a big deal. Just pay attention when on the Essex.

Cut back on your throttle if you have a joystick.

Actually leaving ut throttle on 0 percent is not good.

You need to increase throttle to about 45%, as if you are about to take off. The attitude of the aircraft changes, its like a string attached to the top of ur chopper tightens up and the chopper lifts up a tad bit, ready to take off any minute.

You will slide no more.

This is true for all coppers.

Actually you can see this on pretty much every chopper, the most severe cases being the helos with landing gear that sets the nose up. I.E. Apache, Havok, Chinook.
