I have recently done a Tutorial about Dynamite VSP which is a plugin for 3ds max design to visualize designs made in AutoCAD Civil 3d. The results are these renders:

Now is my question is it possible to transfer the designs I make from 3ds max 2011 to BF2 Editor In a way that I can use it in a map?

And if is possible how should it be done?

You should know that to make these renders I only used Dynamite VSP and I figured out how to put some daylight in it.

And here is a video showing where Dynamite VSP in combination with AutoCAD Civil 3d is capable of.
<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/q0TF_FeQcqM&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/q0TF_FeQcqM&hl=nl_NL&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>[/youtube]

Generally cad and game art do not mix. I think the bf2 tools only work up to max9 also.

If you were going to export it you will need to break it down into separate sections also to help with lods rather than having one huge object.

In all honesty, that looks easier to model in max than to bother trying to import it and fix it up.
