Mapping commo rose actions to keys?

Maybe my search skills are off today but I was not able to find this question from a previous thread, and I'm sure it has been asked.
Is there any way to map a commo rose command to a key, such as the "Bail out" voice? I used that back in Desert Combat for BF1942 for the voice functions but I know they were F keys and not a commo rose, and I don't remember finding a way to do the same thing with BF2.
