Low FPS on Just Ramiel

I don't think this is a bug but I thought I might bring it up anyway. On every map I get an average of 60-100 FPS, 64 online and Co-Op with full bots, But for some reason on Ramiel even with an empty map it still slows to just under 15 fps, even when i look into empy space. Some small places it goes back to 50 fps then down again. P.S. This also only started happening after .909 . Before that it was fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
Start Ramiel on any mode with any players.

Core2Duo E8400 @3.7 / All settings to High AAx8 Res:1680x1050 / NVidia GTX275 / 4GB DDR2 / Win XP
