W7: Does Themes affect gameplay?

Does Windows 7 Default theme affect Project Reality gameplay? I read that it Windows Aero eats alot of RAM and I was wondering does it impact alot or little?

It does have a certain impact, but I can't say how much. It all very much depends on your system, though!
I for one have never experianced any differences.

i have windows 7 and it doesnt affect my performance i have 4GB DDR2 RAM

I have 3 GB DDR3 RAM w/ core i7 (never above 20% lol), 9800GTX+, and everything runs smooth.
