please help

sorry if i posted this in the wrong section or if this was disscused befor
i searched and looked for a problem of this kind but i couldnt find a soultion.
i have problem in some maps with a lot of trees like jungley maps
like silent eagle-iron bridge-fools road-etc
the problem is when i look at the forest or a lot of trees and bushes i lag slow lag
and it make the map unplayable
but the rest of other maps are good

my video settings are all set to medium
and
my pc specs are
amd athlon II dual core m320 2.10ghz
ati hd 4200 with 2046 mb memory
4gb of ram
win 7 64

id be really thankfull for help

i had similar problems when i got my new computer, was getting 15fps constantly despite having ample specs to run all high (as do you)

the solution for me was to increase my page file, can't give you the exact figures atm. but i think i put to to about 6GB or something similar. Would be worth a try might sort out your problems

Check your bios setting for your PCIe slot. Set the data block to the largest size. You might be bottle-necking on your GPU/CPU. Try dropping some of your light map settings. Check out Battlefield 2 Tweak Guide for screenshots of what each setting looks like.
