I'm not quite sure if this applies but.... for middle eastern forces could the red cross on medic bags and patches be changed to a red crescent?

iirc a crescent is already on those first aid bags belonging to middle eastern nations bar Israel.

Excluding israel.

And yes, the Red Crescent is already present on those bags. Locked. If you find a bag for Hamas/MEC that doesn't have it please report it in the bugs section.
