Have you run all three before without issues?
I'm just thinking that all of them together is putting a strain on your sound card causing all three to cut out.
And Windows XP is a lot more game friendly IMO then Windows 7.

Not guaranteed to work, but try going into sound properties/recording/advanced and untick the "Exclusive mode" box.
Also check to see if you have latest X-Fi drivers, the Creative drivers are notoriously buggy - seems they always have some bug to fix...

Tried to run it in compatibility mode? Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Check "Run program in compatibility mode and select Windows XP (Service Pack 3) from the dropdown list.
