If you are editng an existing map
FIRST BACK UP THE MAP, then go into the server.zip file for that map in the levels forder. Open it, go into gamemodes then find the desired layer and open the gameplayobjects.con file with notepad.
In notepad find:
CombatAreaManager.timeAllowedOutside NUMBERS
Edit the number to what you want.
If you are making your own map, in LEVEL editor select combat area and in the Resouce browser select GENERAL under combat area. Then in the tweaker bar edit TimeAllowedOutside to what you want in seconds.

You should consider either trying to search the answers to your questions, or at least keep them all in one thread. You currently have six one question threads on the first page, but with a little bit of effort you would've found what you wanted to know a lot faster than by asking here

Ah, thus why I always recommend that people quote someone if they are referring to them directly, so even if the person edits their post or something, people like me won't be confused

can i point out that you will spawn in and find that you will be constantly OOB.
You will need to add the combat area within your editor, set either to team 1 and team 2 overlapping and missing out obvious out of bounds.
Then in your gameplayobjects.con youll be able to tweak the time or anything you need.
