[Forum] Post Rating

Just like youtube does it. Beside every individual post would be the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons. And then the rating number displayed beside it.
Often times I read a thread, and after the first post I'll have a lot to add, but by the time I finish reading all the replies, what I initially wanted to say, gets said by someone else. So what happens is I don't reply, I leave it alone because it's already been addressed. After all we don't want more threads where the same thing gets echoed over and over. It's why you get a warning for quoting someone and replying with "I agree". But, then we miss out on opinions of the massive amount of people who read these forums. It would be great if we let people easily click if they agree or disagree with each post.
