VN-3 Perma-Tracked?

Just played a round on Barracuda and my VN-3 got tracked by a hand grenade. Five minutes later I rendezvoused with a logi who dropped a repair station. The VN-3 became fully repaired, hopped in and out to be sure, no wrench in the bottom right, but it still remained tracked. Dropped two more repair stations but to no avail. Only experienced this this one time, never had it tracked before, pretty much either alive or dead usually.

I played a round of Barracuda yesterday on TG and our VN-3 got "tracked", but we got it repaired and drove it around again. Did you ever go inside and make sure it was being repaired? You have to be very close to the repair crate with that vehicle it seems.

The repair crate probably blew up halfway through repairs without you realising hence why the wrench disappeared from your HUD

So it wasn't the repair station.

You should try to leave the vehicle ( i mean every single personal inside of it ) and then jump in as the driver, it usually fix the suspension bug problem on vehicle.

I had hopped in and out multiple times as the driver and pressed forward to see if the tires would pop back up like on a tracked LAV but it just stayed tracked. I didn't have my gunner hop out because the area still had enemy around. The round ended shortly after so I wasn't able to experiment much.

I had never seen one get tracked in the first place let alone tracked and able to repair so I was just wondering if this vehicle was capable of being "un-tracked" which I guess it is.
