I was wondering why the cannon on the all the attack helicopters sound different from the gunner to the pilot and everyone else. When the gunner is shooting, the cannon sound is a lot duller and less deep while to everyone else, especially to the pilot, the cannons on the helicopters are very deep and loud. Could this be changed or tweaked because the cannons sound so badass but when I'm gunning, I don't get that sound.

I guess it is to simulate the fact that you are wearing a headset in an apache.

true, watch some video from where they film from inside the apache you'll notcie a thump thump thump sound when the cannon is shot.

I know but shouldn't the pilot and gunner get the same sound because it varies...the gunner gets the thump thump while the pilot and people on the ground get the real cannon sound.
