Saitek X52 pro users: Drivers reveting back to old versions??

I seem to be having an odd issue with my X52 pro, i keep having to re-install my drivers as it keeps self rolling back to the original drivers meaning no profiles will work and a large proportion of the settings are unavailable.
anyone else had this issue??
