Final Upgrade Checks

Ok Guys,
I think I have found what I will be getting to upgrade my computer. I need to know if every thing will run smoothly and that they will all work and I will not need to bring my computer in to my computer Techs.
Next Upgraded Specs (Soon To Be):
Motherboard: EVGA LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Yorkfield 2.66GHz 12MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core
GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 470 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP, SLI Ready
PSU: APEVIA 500XSPX 500Watt
RAM: 3 GB Unknown Brand
Case: SIGMA UNICORN UNICORN-WB Black 1.0mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3 32-Bit
Questions:
1. Do I have enough Wattage for my Next Upgrade Specs?

Questions:
2. Will the Graphics Card be too long for my case?
3. Will my Future Upgraded Power Supply work with my case?
4. If in the future I wanted to upgrade to Windows 7 are my specs compatible with the 64-bit version. (Will my CPU work I have read some places say Yes as Others say No)
