The PR team does not take suggestions about equipment for factions, as they allready have plenty of millitary advisers

don't you think they know about it if you do?

what you can do is say; I want to make this, do you need it?

This is question to Military Advisers of Russian faction.

We have military advisors for the Russian faction, so we are not taking equipment suggestions for them.
