Hi,

Firstly I would like to introduce myself, I am a community member of rush-zone.com. I'm not sure if you know who we are or if any of you have been keeping up to date with ESL and or this years nations cup. Rush-zone is a community gaming and streaming website featuring many games, however sT0n3r and Rush-zone are well known around the battlefield 2 community for a number of reasons but mostly because of the large amount of live streams and VoD on battlefield 2. Both top tier competitive play as well as community run events. The general consensus is that "vanilla" Battlefield 2 is dieing, and as such the competitive community is dieing with it. Every year ESL and the competitive scene gather to have a nations cup featuring a great number of countries from around the globe competing to be ESL's country championship winners. This year seems to be the last year that Battlefield 2 will have a nations cup considering the decreasing amount of competitive players staying in battlefield 2.

Both myself and sT0n3r have been working on a modification such as ProMod for CoD4 and various other games, such as reducing the amount of nades being carried by an individual. It has been confirmed that this years nation's cup will be played on RushMod, possibly with vanilla guns and some minor changes or full RushMod with gun mechanics tweaked. Either way we would like to ask your permission to incorporate SpecBot into Rush Mod to make possibly the last nations cup for Battlefield 2 one to remember.

If you would like to know more about rush-zone or the ESL nations cup where it will be streamed you can check it out at either Rush-Zone or ESL BF2/news/133199/#/eu/bf2/. All credits will be given as well as a shout out to PR which has previously been done on streams. We expect a large amount of viewers for this years nations cup as even Dice have shown interest themselves.

Thank you for your time, and we look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely, Rush-zone
