I just got a new pc and am trying to run PR. I installed everything, all the patches, and the first and second half of PR, but when i try and start it i get this message:

Did i do something wrong? Do i need to install something else?

Someone with far more knowledge that I myself should be along shortly, But in the meantime, I'll try to offer something.

You mentioned "Patches"? If you have never installed PR before on your computer, You should only need the "PR .91 (Client) FULL Part 1, and then followed by Part 2.

Unless I misunderstood you, you seem to have installed the v .9 to v .91 (PATCH) ((The one at the top))as well? If so, this was only for people who had the previous version of PR installed on thier computer, and needed to only patch it to the newest.

I do not know if that is your problem, but if you did that, try uninstalling and redownloading it (WITHOUGHT) installing the "patch".

By patches i meant the BF2 patches. Its my understanding that you need those also, thats what my friends who play told me.

What folder do you have BF2 installed in

Ok so all i had to do was run as administrator?? Idk but it worked...
