Hi guys, i don't know if this is allowed, but i'd like to comment to the people on the community, that we setted up a server running Al Basrah Night 24/7 now, and other night maps later.

Here you can find more info and download of the map.

RealitymodLA.com #3 Al Basrah Night 24/7

The pass is "night".

Regards.

There been changes since that video.... but still the same idea...

VERY IMPORTANT: IF CRASHING ON LOADING: Set Lighting to MEDIUM.
More info: I installed the map, i have all HIGH. Setted all low, still crashing... testing i could get all on high, except the last 2: Lighting and Dynamic Shadow. Testing again i found that with Lighting on medium and all other in high it works correctly.

Cool, will it be running this weekend? If you can seduce Matrox to give you his Jabal and Kashan night maps I will cancel all my plans.

The installer is flawed, as it doesn't really detect the real BF2 installation path.
(German Windows 7 64bit, BF2 installed to C:\Battlefield 2).
Just let the installer query the BF2 path in the registry.

But even if it's installed corrently, it CTD while loading.
Every time i try to load this map it tries to recalculate the shaders even though
they are up to date and work with every other map.

Funny to see how all those bots get stuck as soon as they touch a destroyable object :D

Nevertheless: This will be some nice gaming.

More like "Get ready boys going in hot for the attack run.....SHIT TREE!" *BOOM* Nevertheless if those stupid Nvidiacards would be able to handle the NV=PR sickest game EVAR! (it is anyway, but you get my point)....god I miss Bi Ming night :(
