[0917] Flawed statics and destroyables on Al Basrah

While working on Al Basrah 64player INS layer I found some flawed statics and destroyables.

The static is a 30m cable pole which floats in the slums and goes through a building.
That one doesn't make any sense and is not missing anywhere else.

These two fences at the north island bridge have no real tactical importance and aren't worth the networkables. Please consider if they are really necessary or if they can be removed.
