CTD After Level load ever since UKWF Map pack

Ever since I installed the UKWF event map pack, my game has been CTDing at the 100% mark when loading. This has happened before when I installed a jabal 2 map but I fixed that one with a reinstall. My problem is that I've already reinstalled PR and it's still not fixed.

Did you remove the map pack you installed?

I removed everything... I'm about to remove BF2 all together and re patch the whole thing.

Still waiting on patches to download. But my specs are:
Asus pq5
OCZ 600 watt
Ati 4830
4 gb 2x2 OCZ 800
Vista Home Premium

try documents/battlefield 2/mods/cache/ delete everything in there, load a map to reoptimise shaders.
