0.91 Chechen kit for Millitians

So I saw that when a millitian die, for exemple in Fools Road we actually see the chechen flag on the kit. So maybe it would be cool to replace it with the Millitian flag 
I think this is more of a bug, good find.
The dev's will fix it in the next version I'm sure.
